You can delete your DealerAI account via the portal or the mobile app. Please note that this action is irreversible after 30 days. Once you’ve deleted your account, you can no longer log in to the portal or mobile app. Your deleted account will be inactive for 30 days, after which it will be automatically deleted completely. If you’ve accidentally deleted your account, please email support@dealerai.com for restoration within 30 days.

In the portal or the mobile app, go to edit your Profile. Once you’re in the editing view, a Delete button will trigger the delete action. A confirmation popup will ask you to confirm the action.
